Left my purse in the gaming room, and someone took it, emptied my things -- including AirPods -- and didn't give it to reception. How does this happen in a closed, 'secure' condo with cameras? When I asked the concierge to check the cameras, she said everything is blurry. If that's true, why are the cameras even there?
