Nice building, some great team members (Cesar, Javier and Catrina in particular) but DEFINITELY not worth the money! They nickel and dime you on everything! You will have to pay additional utility charges to cover the common areas/amenities and you have to pay for the locker service and they increased rent by 10% with no reasoning. They will also find a way to sting you on your deposit when you leave. There are only 3 elevators in the building so expect a long wait, let alone when one gets booked for a move in/out which is most weekends. There is also no door person so security can be questionable. Add in the fact there is a huge development about to start opposite which will impact quality of living for next few years and views. You can spend same money for much better product in other surrounding buildings.
