Although the problems began under a different owner, it took 3 episodes of submitting complaints for me to receive a replacement refrigerator. It took about 2 + weeks before it came. THEN, there was a problem with the bottom door requiring a few additional days! When it was ready to be placed into my unit, the maintenance crew worked quickly to install it. It's large and roomy, with lots of compartments. I purchased two temperature gauges and neither fits on the shelves like in the other, but I'm satisfied with the new refrigerator so far (24 hours).
