There are some serious issues with this apartment complex that the team loves to mask. Let's start off with my cheapest renewal option. A 13 month term with an increase of $600 per month. This equates to a 25% increase, costing an additional $8,000 per year. This was my CHEAPEST renewal option. Second, the elevators have continually been an issue during my stay here. Not only are they the slowest working elevators, and many people have gotten stuck on them, but there was a water leakage on the other side of the building, so they used the working motherboard on our side to combat that issue. That led us to having ONE working elevator for 30 stories for several days, until they decided people can no longer use the freight elevator for moving. So how are people suppose to be moving in and out of the building for the next two plus months? After the whole elevator fiasco, they tried to make it up to us with a "continental breakfast". Not only was this "breakfast" then delayed 90 minutes, it turns out it was only 10 bagels, nothing else. They again and again false advertise. Lastly, they implemented a fee for not picking up your packages after 24 HOURS. After much pushback, they extended this to only 72 hours. This is after the lobby has been under construction for months adding new lockers for packages. Make it make sense! While I really enjoyed my unit in the building, the rest of the issues are from a complete lack of leadership in the people who work in the building. It's a shame that management is so poor in this building, because this should be a great place to live. Highly consider moving elsewhere unless you want to deal with people in management who don't know how to run an apartment complex.
