We walked into The Elm today very excited to see the beautiful apartments and amenities and was greeted with a very unfriendly lady at the front desk who called another lady to tour us after we waited at least 10 minutes in lobby. After scanning the QR Code the women asked us a few questions and once she learned we weren't looking to rent an apt. right away she refused the tour and walked us to the basement/garage where she rudely left us. Management needs to do a staff change or teach their people the importance of customer service. We will not rent there or recommend this place to a friend.
