This is the worst building I've lived in or heard of in my 13 years in Florida.. I am currently in my second unit in the building with mold.. they will not let me out of my lease. The bullshit charges go up every month.. that were not included at signing.. for a year now we've been paying community electric, community water, on top of the already 100 dollars a month parking they came up with parking tax lmao.. the chose to charge the resident for Luxor one which is a choice... the district aka air communities will make the resident foot the bill for absolutely everything.,. It's been one slap in the face after another... my property was damaged by the mold never replaced anything my health has been greatly affected...I've been dealing with this for 3 years, a unit change all I asked was to get out of my lease and they won't do it... I have talked to countless other residents that feel the same. Have had mold, unfair charges it's just a joke I can't wait to leave this nightmare... can't wait to see what they will try to charge upon move out
