The management was an absolute nightmare. After renewing my lease, there was a system error that caused me to be double charged. Despite reaching out multiple times a week, no one seemed to take the issue seriously. For three months, I overpaid and followed up almost every week with the building manager, who was completely unresponsive--even when corporate got involved. She ignored their emails as well. Eventually, I stopped overpaying and began paying only what I actually owed, which I clearly communicated multiple times. Then, after returning from a trip, I found an eviction notice taped to my door. The letter claimed I had three days to pay the charges--charges that were incorrect-- and I returned just a day before the deadline. If I had returned a day later, I could've been evicted due to their incompetence and lack of communication. Management is careless, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive to serious concerns. On top of that, residents are charged about $200 extra every month with no clear explanation. It's absolutely ridiculous and feels like a complete lack of transparency.
