Surprising amount of crime given the geriatric age of the community, mail system is very inconvenient. Requires usage of a pin-pad door system on every apartment; however the pin pads rarely work. Communal laundry room always smells like rotten food as it doubles as a trash room. Be prepared to pay hundreds on top of your already overpriced rent in gas bills to heat the common areas of your apartment building. At least the gym is nice!
