Management has next level tactics to keep residents stuck on never-ending email requests. They will be quick to respond with 'I am so sorry you are going through that' but never actually help you if it mean they will lose a penny. Once you sign a lease with them, you will be stuck even if you wellbeing is being hindered by these unlivable apartments. These are not 'remodeled' and none of the counters are 'granite-like'... The bathrooms are moldy and the pipes clog very easily due to how old they are. The cabinets are so old the hinges break off and you constantly have to be placing in maintenance requests. If you work from home be careful... When they are cleaning the estate, if you are on the first floor they will be in your patio with loud blowers and leave it dirty. If you work from home do not rent a first floor. If you are a light sleeper ONLY rent a third floor. These apartments are so old that the noise transfer is ridiculously loud. Management does not care about noise complaints and will claim they've told your above neighbors and then you find out they actually haven't, they just say they have to appease you. Hope you never have to be trying to solve an issue with sandy, she will make sure you do not get anything that you request to solve any issues with your apartment.
