Oh boy, I can't wait for my next water shut off! We've already had 4 (all emergencies) in the past week, adding onto the 4 or 5 other ones this year (also all emergencies), looking forward to the next one. Let's try and hit triple digits this year! Not really sure if it's the incompetent construction crew or the antique, basically cardboard water pipes running across the complex, likely a combination of both. Excellent maintenance team (so excellent in fact they're inflating the rating of this place). Clear corporate-level management issues. Pretty inconsistent communication across the board. Can't wait to get a rent increase b/c of luxurious Beltline - which also includes chronic bug problems 10 months out the year. With this price in this location, how much can I realistically complain? Please deeply contemplate your answer to this before signing your lease, as I don't know if I did much.
