This company is robbing my friend while we are finally having a vacation together for the first time in many years due to a rigorous medical school and residency schedule. They are single-handedly ruining our time together and gaslighting my friend about rental payments that she had already paid. They are unprofessional, rude, and their apartments are unlivable. She had to endure an 80degF and above week last summer with no quick resolution. These people are requesting multiple receipts and when she sends them, they completely ignore and make up their own new rules.
