On multiple occasions, I've ordered items through Amazon, only to find the boxes ripped open and tampered with by staff before they hand them to me. This isn't occasional mishandling--it's a blatant invasion of privacy. Photos Prove Tampering: I have photo evidence of torn seals and cut tape on my boxes, yet the management shrugged it off, saying they'd "investigate." Feeling Unsecure: Knowing that someone else has rifled through my private orders makes me uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home. Lack of Accountability: Despite promises to review security footage and retrain staff, nothing has changed. Packages continue to arrive in worse condition than they left the warehouse. I expect basic respect for privacy and proper package-handling procedures, both of which are completely lacking here. Until management implements clear, written policies against unauthorized opening of resident mail and provides transparent accountability, I cannot recommend living here. Update (if they fix it): I may remove or amend this review once a formal package policy is adopted and consistently enforced--right now, however, I'm left feeling violated every time I order anything.
