Lived here for over a year, overall it's pretty quiet and the apartment itself is nice and I've had no issues with anything not working properly. I did enjoy Drucker & Faulk Management better. I noticed there were no more resident events and things outside started to be broken such as car wash vacuums, basketball court, the computer in the office room never works. But most importantly the unexplainable fees added onto the rent each month became noticeable and unbearable. Almost $75-100 in extra fees each month (not including trash) with the old management company my rent was the same each month and also don't like how they started charging $25 a month for parking when there were no parking issues to begin with. And now there are only 3-4 non chargeable parking spots available in front of each apartment so now you're walking far and can never park in front of your home. Just to give you some insight on what to expect. Again overall quiet and nice apartment in itself. Otherwise don't recommend.
