Luis Rodriguez is a shrewd businessman. He cares about his job but not about the residents. Communication is poor. surely he has hectic tasks and schedules, too much to make phone calls to residents who attempted to communicate via email or phone about urgent issues. Resolution for residents is not his priority. Whatever minimum obligation is required of his position will surely be performed but do not expect much more.Without too many specifics, the reviews from several residents are accurate. Location of this community is great. Even most of the maintenance team are excellent too. Management is solely for profit, nothing about courtesy, relationship and pleasing the residents nor common sense. Amicable conversations will not likely even begin. No beneficial action for the residents are being reconsidered here at Malibu, residents are just incidentals here in running a business.
