The location of this complex is great -- walkable, convenient, and truly one of its strongest points. However, avoid the older units. The wooden windows are in poor condition -- often broken or hard to open/close -- and the walls are paper-thin. Ceilings are low, and the apartments feel quite cramped. The pool is small for the size of the complex and is almost always overcrowded. The biggest issue: they charge for everything. Don't expect to get your deposit back -- even if you leave the apartment spotless, most residents only receive 10-20% back, if anything at all. It's a common experience here. In short: amazing location, but be very cautious about the rest.
