The staff acts like you're the problem for needing basic repairs or asking for answers. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and honestly just don't seem to care about the people living here. They charged for things that were already damaged when I moved in, things that were normal wear and tear, and even for professional cleaning when I had already left the unit spotless.
