Firstly, I want to thank everyone who left honest reviews, especially the 1-2 star ones. My wife and I were genuinely excited to check this place out, but after reading through the experiences people have shared, our excitement did a full 180. We won't even be touring the property anymore. The issues mentioned in the reviews are consistent and concerning, and the responses from management are just generic copy-paste jobs. The replies are clearly robotic and signing off with their name like it's some heartfelt gesture is just patronizing. It's insulting, honestly. Grateful we did our homework, and thank god for the honest ratings! If you're considering this place, take the low-star reviews seriously, they're doing you a favor.
