I no longer know who to talk to, I have made many complaints and no one does anything, My daughter and I suffer from allergies and that smell makes it difficult to breathe at night. We know which neighbor smokes and we report it, but no one does anything. This situation is very frustrating, not being able to find a solution because no one helps you.
