I just move out after almost 2 years. I was very unsatisfied there during my stay. They ask for 1000 deposit that they will charge so many things that will leave you with nothing. I left it clean and they will charge for normal ware and tear like if you did damage. I wash patio and still they charge for it. They even charge me for painting. I patch my holes nicely and we ask maintenance and they didn't instructed us to paint. Anyways with what paint? That never been charge in my life. Between tenants the property has to do their touch ups. We paid a lot thru the years. About the patio you do not have a faucet so we clean and scrub and had to use buckets and still they charge us. They even lie about a mail box key damage. Like what? They have many fees they normally charge that does not make sense. I lived in different apartments and never seen all of that. They even charge me becuase I didn't gave them on hand a sticker that identify me as a resident. I throw away in my own becuase I was at work and my husband was the one turning the key. How ridiculous. So one tenant deposit is what they use to get ready for the next they are very unfair. I hope they pay the employees good since they steal so much from tenants.
