This place is sad, they make millions of dollars and do everything to keep from returning your deposit. They will say damages for cheap products they choose to use. We had a used dishwasher we never used. We also didn't hang any pictures on the wall. The apartment was in good condition and they wanted to make excuses for things. I paid rent for 2 years which is to high to begin with. Over 50k dollar. And they still wanted to pinch more money out of me. Poor ending to this place. You won't get your deposit back even if you leave the apartment in good shape. that's what you pay the rent for. I didn't leave any damages period. I want my deposit back, the rest is on you.
