I live with my two small kids in the flamingo. We are a nice quiet family the definition of a great tenant. As a single Mother - I work hard to give my kids a nice life which means most nights I come home exhausted. We moved into this building thinking it had amazing amenities and families all around. Instead we have a convicted criminal for a neighbor (charged with stolen cars, plates, riffles) who parties with loud EDM music every night of the week until 7am. I haven't been able to use one of my bedrooms at night because the security here doesn't care to help. They said they will evict him but it's been months and months and nothing. The worst part is I cannot even have friend over during the day when the criminal is finally asleep because my entire apartment smells like smoke and drugs - my clothing and all my stuff in my closet smells like weed. It's embarrassing. They are jacking up the rent every year and then you don't even have a quiet place to rest your head at night, you don't even have good air quality. SAVE YOURSELF - run. Do not ever rent here. No one in the property management cares for your basic human rights.
