I had a mixed experience living at Creekside. When moving in, there were a few maintenance issues but I will say the maintenance team was responsive and resolved them quickly, which I appreciated. However, throughout my time there, I had persistent issues with my upstairs neighbor who would consistently yell and stomp around. Despite multiple complaints, management offered little support beyond advising me to call the police. The noise was disruptive enough that I eventually asked to move out a month early, which they approved. Unfortunately, the move-out process was unnecessarily stressful. There was poor communication and disorganization around my approved move out date and I was initially charged for things I wasn't responsible for. It took multiple follow-ups to get things corrected which made the entire experience more frustrating than it needed to be. While the location is great and convenient, the apartments themselves are very outdated. The walls are extremely thin and overall - the living experience wasn't worth the stress for me. I would not move back or recommend.
