This apartment is overpriced and offers no amenities. I paid $260 a month to park my car in the lot here. It was hit and left with a note and a fake number. They have 0 security measures and didn't even have a camera in the lot and therefore could not do anything about it. There is no in-unit thermostat, only central heat and AC. They waited until late November to turn the heat on, and by then every apartment was freezing. Now, it's late April and 80 degrees, and they will not turn the AC on. Utilities are overpriced as they are not charged per unit usage but divided by the building usage. Not worth the price at all.
