Then on move out date kept all of the $1,000 deposit because of a few holes in the bedroom for a curtain. On top of a professional cleaning fee after we spent hours cleaning the place. And then charged us for miscellaneous nonsense. Zero budging on any of the charges. Responsible people here too. Read the fine print. Look elsewhere for an apartment. This is Philadelphia afterall.
