Extremely frustrating moveout experience. Be prepared to pay for the full painting charge no matter what. 1. During pre-moveout inspection, we were told that there was nothing beyond normal wear-and-tear and the painting fee will be prorated. (Note: we already had everything moved out at that time) And then during final moveout they charged the full amount. So what's the point of pre-moveout inspection?? 2. They said all of the images shown below are evidence of "significant significant scratches, dents, or stains". Ridiculous! We could have cleaned these ourselves if we were informed during pre-moveout inspection. +1 to all of the other posts about all kinds of hidden fees
