Stayed here for 2.5 years. Certainly overpriced and they keep increasing the rents by 10% when the lease is renewed. Management is inflexible and unhelpful in lease duration related situations. Maintenance is OK. Amenities are good but then they better be good given the super high rents charged. Not for families with kids. Good for singles or couples if they don't mind burning a hole in their pocket.
