I just moved here almost 3 weeks ago and so far, I love it here. From where I previously lived which was only a few miles away, 3400 Avenue of the Arts is an upgrade in every way. First off, the amenities are top-notch, competing with the best the OC has to offer. The apartment has a beautiful and well-kept landscape with an amazing pool/grill area along with a fish pond with fire pits. The amenities include a full gym, yoga/spin studio, rock climbing wall, recreation rooms, a library/study room, a dog park, and a movie theater. There's also a package locker managed by a third party so you don't have to worry about any of your packages getting stolen or misplaced. The apartment also bolsters modern technology to control your home. No more keys as it's all keyless entry. You can also control the thermostat and main door lock from an app on your phone in case you forgot to turn off the A/C or lock the door. It's quite amazing. As far the unit itself, I have nothing but praise. Hardwood floors, washer/dryer conveniently outside your room, gallery style kitchen, plenty of storage and cabinets. Even comes with a wine fridge that I don't really use (still a nice commodity). All in all, I am very happy to be living here. EDIT from 5 to 3 stars: Beware that the apartment has plenty of rats and its fair share of cockroaches. Quality of maintenance has gone down after Covid. It's difficult to get thru to after-hours maintenance thru their main phone number since you will have to get transferred 2-3 times before you get to a live person. The A/C unit inside the apartment consumed way more energy than what was considered normal. The electrical wiring for the bathroom lights were faulty in both of my bathrooms. After living there for almost 4 years, unfortunately I realized it wasn't as great as I initially thought in my first review.
