I lived here for two years and I cannot recommend enough to avoid this place the best you can. They overcharge for rent, offering no amenities to compensate for it, the elevators are broken every other week, they never clean up trash, the list goes on and on. To top it off, they will find any excuse to make sure your deposit will not be refunded. They charged us for repainting the entire apartment, when there was very minimal scuff marks on the wall, and one of the pictures they displayed "as damage" was from a poor repair job that they did before we even moved in! Not to mention the laundry machines that are shared by the entire building: they are always broken, you have to pay for extra time if you want your clothes dried whatsoever, and their absurd prices per load. Customer service may as well not exist, their office ours are absurd and they take forever to get back to you, if they ever do. Other than the location this apartment has nothing to offer, pay the extra money and move somewhere else. No one should ever have to endure the suffering that this poorly maintained complex.
