Stayed at 21 Fitzsimmons for two years, in the beginning it was perfect, the location is great if you're a CU student but started having major issues with neighbors. Lady above us was super loud slamming her doors and we asked leasing to help they did a stupid "noise test" and said "oh we don't hear anything" and left it at that. The walls are very thin here I highly recommend a top floor apartment and pray your downstairs neighbor isn't a raging drug accident like ours was. Another huge issue that they won't tell you is you CANT MOVE OUT IN DECEMBER so when school ends you have to pay for extra months rent. On move out they will nickel and dime you for stupid cleaning fees like dirt behind the stove and take your whole deposit! We had to end our lease early and were told by leasing they would find someone to occupy the apartment while we were gone so we're not stuck with the full rent but they never showed the apartment and never sent a email or call about an update. Then they sent a collection agency to collect the money that's how they treat there tenants after you move out. Overall I would not recommend this place it looks great but once you sign the contract leasing will try to get every dime they can out of you to beware.
